Ugliest Dog
Elwood was crowned the World's Ugliest Dog for 2007. And guess what??? The Woman and the Awesome Man met Elwood in person yesterday! (They said he's really very sweet and cute) He was in the parade supporting our local West Jersey Animal Shelter. Isn't it nice such a big celebrity was helping out with the homeless woofies. The humans were very impressed to meet him. I'm just glad I didn't meet him. I think I would not have liked him much.

I think I might have seen Elwood on Animal Planet! Wow! Your mom got to meet Elwood in person? That is very exciting.
They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder and maybe he was cuter in person! And a bonified TV star to boot. It was so sweet of him to come and help out the dogs.

Elwood is really kind of cute... but the tongue is what freaks us out. yikes. we are sure Elwood is a very good doggie.

I must say, as woofies go, I like the looks of him. A little goofy, but not ugly at all.

Our Lady was very impressed that your Woman and Awesome Man actually met Elwood - she saw him on TV some time ago. While we don't want to meet him, he actually seems to be a nice little woofie.

We do not understand the beans sometimes. He might be a dog, but he is NOT ugly.
There is no such thing as an ugly animal, only ugly humans!
